Area: Rural Kwazulu-Natal–the children are aged between 6 months – 5 years
Nsindisweni Creche. 20 children - it costs just £60 a month to feed the children one meal a day 
The creche began life in the empty container (left). Now the creche is in a local house. Here are the children in January 2010 – fit and healthy!
Siyakhula Creche. 18 babies - it costs just £54 a month to feed the children one meal a day

Khandandlovu Creche . 64 children – it costs just £192 a month to feed all the children one meal a day.
The play area was built thanks to the kind support of Kilmarnock Amateur Operatic Society (KAOS).
Sinekhono Feeding Project . 160 children -it costs just £480 a month to feed the children one meal a day.
